Chair

Bruce has over 20 years' experience building and managing outsourcing businesses internationally. Bruce began his career at PCL Plc rising to the level of Group Managing Director within 12 years. Between 1997 and 2005, Bruce held senior management roles at Ceridian Group. Bruce serves as Chairman of Liaison Group, Chairman of Active Non-Executive Services, Chairman of Safeguard World International, Chairman of The Oxford Literary Festival and Chairman of Iconic Programmes Ltd. Bruce was a Non-Executive Director at Bridgepoint/NES group from 2005 to 2006.

Kilian Fitzsimmons-Wilson

Chief Executive Officer

Previously National Sales Manager at FreeAgent, Kilian has a proven track record of building highly motivated and successful teams. A real specialist in building and maintaining meaningful lasting relationships. Adam is JA's Longest serving employee, starting in sales before moving on to trainer and account manager.
