Bruce has over 20 years' experience building and managing outsourcing businesses internationally. Bruce began his career at PCL Plc rising to the level of Group Managing Director within 12 years. Between 1997 and 2005, Bruce held senior management roles at Ceridian Group. Bruce serves as Chairman of Liaison Group, Chairman of Active Non-Executive Services, Chairman of Safeguard World International, Chairman of The Oxford Literary Festival and Chairman of Iconic Programmes Ltd. Bruce was a Non-Executive Director at Bridgepoint/NES group from 2005 to 2006.
Previously National Sales Manager at FreeAgent, Kilian has a proven track record of building highly motivated and successful teams. A real specialist in building and maintaining meaningful lasting relationships. Family man with 1 wife, 2 children, 3 dogs and 7 chickens, Kilian still finds the time for a game of rugby on a Saturday and the odd ride on his motorcycle as well as being a trustee and avid fundraiser for Pseudo Obstruction Research Trust.
Adam is JA's Longest serving employee, starting in sales before moving on to trainer and account manager. As our Product Director he is in charge of the whole product from how it looks to HMRC compliance. Adam has very little spare time but any time he has is spent with his young daughter and watching his beloved Warrington Wolves hoping that at some point it will finally be their year.
Alex joined JA 8 years ago as Head of Finance and more recently is the Operations Director. Relentless in keeping all the moving parts of the business aligned, making sure guidelines and strategy are being implemented effectively. Previously Financial Controller of Principal Hotels (now IHG), hates running but loves cake. Enjoys reading and travelling.
